I had a pipe burst in my laundry. Had it fixed, called my insurer, and they sent ARC. They showed up, did a bogus assessment, then sat on that report for 3 weeks while their drying fans removed all evidence and prevented me from contesting their claims.All the while telling me 'oh yeah this is an open and shut case', '90% likely to be covered by insurance', etc.Do not trust this company, and if your insurer sends them make sure you get an independent assessment as well! I wish I had.

ARC recently attended our house to complete roof works as part of a Builders Insurance claim. The communication was great, they turned up when they said they would and completed the works to a very high standard. I highly recommend ARC Building Services and wont hesitate to contact them again for future works. Thanks boys!

I have used ARC twice now and both times the service was excellent.One job was to repair a powerpoint pushed through a wall, the repair was so good that it was not even flagged in a end of lease exit and I got my full bond back.The other job was to retrieve some downlights that had fallen into a wall cavity, a tedious and frustrating job that ARC completed very quickly and professionally.ARC are definitley my go to for home repair jobs.
