I have used this business multiple times in the past without issue, having received the cake toppers within a week of ordering. Unfortunately, it seems this is no longer the case, as many others have written about in these reviews. I placed an order several weeks ago allowing minimum 2 weeks for shipping as recommended on their website, but have not yet received them or any shipping notification. I have attempted to contact this business through multiple avenues all of which have been totally ignored. I am extremely disappointed as I had recommended this business to others as they had been very reliable. I am forced now to pursue this via more offical means to recoup the money lost. Don't waste your time or money here, there are plenty of other local businesses to support!

So luckily I received a refund. Ordered a guestbook on the 9th of september for my wedding on the 8th of October. Didn't hear anything from them at all after the order confirmation email. Emailed them on the 21st and went ok so hoping that I had somehow just missed the email saying it had been sent and absolutely no response. Messaged them on the 26th explaining that this customer service wasn't good enough and that I was really concerned and if I didn't hear from them I would be disputing and going to consumer affairs. With still no communication at all an hour later they sent back the money. I don't think they had any intention of making it at all which is a shame.

have send multiple emails to customer service it has been 11 weeks since I placed my order?? has anyone else had an issue with this?

I would award no stars if had choice. would seriously think again before dealing with these people.They do not correspond and still awaiting delivery after 6 weeks.Either they are extremely rude or scamming.

I also placed an order in early March 2020. I received emails saying the item had been shipped, but no shipping tracking number was provided in the email. I have sent emails following up and received no response. I have now requested a refund. There are no contact details on their website, apart from an email address. Very disappointed. I used this company as I wanted to support a locally listed business.

Service was appalling. Seller did not communicate well at all, and I didn’t even end up receiving the item. ‘Apparently’ the product was lost but just looking at some of the other reviews, it’s obvious these guys are lying and scamming people. If you want a good reputation, at least treat your customers well and communicate with your buyers please. Would not recommend.

Company sent wrong product. I tried to communicate through multiple platforms but was ignored. Very disappointing. Appalling customer service. Will not purchase through them again.

Very disappointing customer service experience. I placed my order on 23rd August, after numerous follow up emails, received a response on 6th November 2019 stating that my order was lost. I never received a tracking number for the postage. Business is very inadequate and non responsive. I am still waiting to get my money back. Will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs to help and prevent others from going through a similar experience.

Ridiculous. I would avoid this business at all costs. I’m not the type to complain, but just like some other customers that have made reviews the customer service is extremely bad. My mum ordered a custom clock as a wedding gift which delayed for a whole month. She kept on having to chase them up with no response, then finally got a reply saying the postage was lost, no real apology either. They then canceled her order without consulting her. Very unprofessional
