As a Uber driver, BP Reward gives me a 12 cents per liter discount at participating BP service station. I enjoy this reward at all other BPMe enabled service station but not this one. After I filled my tank I chose to redeem the discount displayed on the EFTPOS machine as normal. It showed that I got a $5.5 discount. When I paid by cash they said I cannot use the discount and I have to pay by card or I have to pay the full amount without discount. When I thinking to pay by card they said if I pay the full amount cash the discount will go back to my BP REWARD later. So I paid the full amount cash and checked my BP REWARD point constantly and found I was fooled. The receipt shown the discount has been applied and they just insisted to charge the full amount and saying the discount will go back to my reward card. Very bad experience!

Loveliest petrol station. Broke down here and had to wait for NRMA. Staff were lovely and the food was amazing. Very highly recommended.

Very friendly service station with delicious coffee and food. Really hope all service stations in Sydney can have the same quality.
