Cant believe how bad this company is , i ordered from exel power solutions which they own it or whatever , paid 500$ deposit , and now phones are not working, nothing is working

Earlier past year I paid $500 deposit for the installation, they recommended 6.6 later their technician came and said 6.6 is not possible on your roof later I asked for refund. They always say they will get back which never happened.

These guys know their product, are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. Unfortunately, I did not end up going with this company, as I had paid a deposit elsewhere. Even after knowing that Jeff and his colleague, were trying to help me out and give advice. Exceptional service !

From the first contact we felt comfortable with SEC. Jeff answered all our questions with confidence and there were a couple of things he was unsure of but got back to us promptly. The companies phone manner was exceptional, both Jeff and Samara were friendly and professional. Jeff had extensive knowledge of the product and could explain the difference between panels etc. He was very helpful going through the rebate process with us too. Dom and his team did the installation and they were lovely. The boys were all professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves. Dom talked us through the live app etc in great detail. This is the second home we've had solar installed and this experience was definitely the best for us. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and have already to friends. We did a lot of research before deciding on SEC and are pleased we did. We have watched solar being installed on homes around us and believe we made the right choice by far. Thanks to the great team who helped us through the process.

Highly recommend this company to those who would like to switch to Solar supply. In the beginning I was very hesitate because I'm so scared of hassle or trouble because of the switch. Jeff the sales is such a patient, friendly and professional person. He guided me through the whole process and give me a reasonable quote. He never pushed me to sign the contract but thoroughly explain every detail. Ben and Mark the installer were handy and professional guys and they get the job done efficiently. None of our roof tiles were broken by the job. The last but not the least their accountant and admin Samara answered our question about STC GST professionally. Now she is helping us with all the paperwork of applying for a new smart meter box from Origin. Everything goes on well. 23 Aug 2019

From first telephone contact to Solar Power turn on we were greeted with courtesy, encompassed with exceptional knowledge of all facets pertaining to experiencing Solar Power from Jeff, followed up by Samara with no fuss installation arrangements completed to a high standard by her professional team. 1 Star cos' I cannot record 0!Jeff is a very well educated and convincing salesman...and that's where the pleasure ends. Once signed up with a deposit paid, you will never hear from these guys again. All phones go dead including the mobile of the infamous Jeff. The Clean Energy Council in Victoria are thankfully very helpful and assisted in obtaining my deposit back.DO NOT BOTHER GOING ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, OR PARENT COMPANY. THEY ARE TROUBLE.
