We had an installation done in 2022 and were so happy with the great service and product that we recommend Natural technologies to my Dad who also chose to go with them. They were responsive, true to their promise and provided great after sales service when a slight problem was encountered, not their doing but they assisted us to seek a resolution through my Dads energy provider. An overall good experience.

Terrific, only took a few hours to install 20 solar panels. Great crew, would recommend to anyone looking for a good solar solution.

Great service, very prompt and accommodating. I was expanding an existing system and Pete organised a second inverter and additional panels. It’s now all future proofed for a potential battery install. Installed came and made quick work of the installation and configured the inverter monitoring app with no fuss. Left the place as neat as they arrived. Would highly recommend NTS to anyone looking to upgrade a system, and bonus is they’re local.

WARNING, VERY BAD SERVICE AND CHEAP CHINESE INVERTERS, DO NOT USE.rental had a big system installed they used cheap Chinese inverter that stopped working after 3 years , replacement under warranty has taken over 3 months with still no word on when replacement unit will be installed.I have been chasing this up every week and not getting anywhere or any straight answers from Peter.

NTS were very helpful throughout the process. From quote to installation my questions were dealt with patiently and thoroughly (even my dumb questions). Quality products at a very competitive price. I didn't experience any pressure from NTS, and they gave me plenty of time to make the right decision for me. It became clear that bigger wiring required as inverter was is the shed a bit far away from meter for standard wiring. This was quickly and efficiently dealt with. I've had a few questions re export limiting from a 2 inverter system which NTS is working with me at the moment to resolve. I would recommend NTS solar and would be very happy to use them again when time for expansion and adding a battery becomes viable for me.
