We put in a kitchen late 2011.. the kitchen looked great but the workmanship left something to be desired.. now thinking about scrapping it and putting in a better quality one

Poor service,was told the kitchen would be made before Christmas and installed the end of January,we emailed and rang to see about time of install only to be told the 28 of February,we where told 3 times it would be installed end of January,we got a call on the 27 to say they will drop of the kitchen and install on the 1march I asked a couple of questions as to why it has taken so long only to be hung up on I rang back and was told the owner would ring back soon ,no call back,we have ask to get our money back but get a different story each time, we also asked about getting the 3D drawing to look at each kitchen side by side to see if all where the same only to be told they don’t give out plans,but we can bring the other plans in so he could look at them together,just bad service all round and the kitchen is not even installed yet.

Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable. During the design process he was thorough providing helpful suggestions to achieve our desired outcome. The quality of the tradesmen who completed the work was also high.I would recommend Kembla kitchens to have your kitchens redone
