Just ordered a double mc chicken meal ! Food was not cooked then I tried calling to report it just for someone to answer the phone and not say a word. Customer service at the windows were good tho! Waste of money !

They took a very long time to make and give me my meal. I only ordered a burger by itself and it took them 45 minutes to make it when I was the only person there. Then they put it aside for about 10 minutes before giving it to me. This has happened numerous times, I've waited 3 hours to get my meal before. All at this restaurant establishment. Unacceptable.

Ordered through drive through and did not even get a hello, thank you or the total of our order. Just a window shut in our face once it went through. As someone who also works in customer service, that’s pretty disgusting.

Gone to drive through today. 7:19 pm Sunday. The girl on the speaker can’t understand our order we repeated 3 times and she keep saying “frozen Fanta” where we are ordering quarter pounder meal and she can’t understand it. We drive to the window and the girl there was very rude and she want us to pay for frozen Fanta where we keep saying we don’t want frozen Fanta but quarter pounder meal but she don’t want to take the order she want us to go around and order on the speaker where we have the same issue. Then we asked to see the manager and guess what she also want us to go around and put the order again on the speaker and it’s ridiculous. Because the girl clearly can’t understand our order. We keep going round for nothing, very unhelpful staff and can’t communicate at all. From the staff to manager..

Have ordered here various times over the years without too much deviation from the script - either a Large Big Mac Meal or a Large Chicken McNugget Meal with a Large Coke & an Apple Pie.Yet I’ve been stupid enough time and time in the past with supply issues (after receiving orders with Vanilla Coke, Apple Pies missing, no sauce for nuggets, no chips) at deciding to order again today & having the wonderful experience of a butchered Big Mac with NO chips & a half filled Coke.Woeful staff, management and customer service/ experience in general.

Went through drive through, the person taking order kept asking for order at wrong lane that I was at, he was rude, his personality was like a wet towel. Then go to next window to get my order and the female speaks abruptly and rude , chips were cold not even warm. Burgers were not hot either.OMG WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.NO STARS GIVEN THEY DONT DESERVE ANY.

I got a Menulog order. Order was here within 5 minutes of leaving restaurant but my order was stone cold. I had to put my chicken and cheese together myself and the burger had no cheese because it was stuck to the paper wrapping.1/4 pounder was full of onion and again I had to put it together myself because the burger was just in pieces.Chips tasted and looked like they had been cooked at least for an hour already.Very disappointing.

I went to order ice cream soft serve , but unfortunately I got something similar to ice cream. I tried to draw the attention of the employee who works there, but she ignored me and turned around and walked while I'm still talking and did not answer anything. There are mistakes every time I order food from this branch. This will be the last time for me. It's a pity to see these constant mistakes getting from McDonald's

Poor customer service at this terrible McDonald’s. They can’t even put a burger together or give you fresh chips. It’s a sport obviously with this franchise to ensure the burgers are as messy as possible & poor cold chips for their customers with rude staff. If you don’t like your job and don’t want to give customers quality fast food then move on.
