This is my 2nd great experience from this store. This time from a girl called Aya. Was so helpful and went through all of the different brands and sizes. They didn't have what we needed and she spent time looking at availability at other stores. We ended up buying from Merrylands. She couldn't have done more for us - very appreciative of her attentiveness.

Had a great service experience with Lisa in the Wetherill Park store.I initially went to the Merrylands store for help but the service was so bad (they couldn't have cared any less about a potential sale) that I decided to go to another store. Lisa was so helpful, knew her stuff about travelling luggage and overall went the extra mile to help me. I am excited about my purchase!

I will not visit this Strandbags store again. As I entered the store yesterday morning (2 April), the retail worker was just standing at the register and doing nothing. She displayed zero customer service skills. No greeting and just looked at me. So I asked if she could help me with a couple of expensive bags I had saved on my phone from their website. I felt as though I was an interruption to her. She didn’t help at all. All she said was have a look in that section. All the bags were in disarray with boxes on the floor stopping me from looking at the products. Really disappointing and pathetic service.

Only giving one star as they answered the phone. Even though they don't close till 5 (it's 4.30 now) they told me they were closed. And because they are doing stocktake too busy to check on an item I was searching for before leaving NSW tomorrow. Why answer the phone at all? Rude, brusque and I won't be bothering them again. I'll spend my money elsewhere and suggest others do the same.

Came in browsing for a gift for mum with the wife and they had Guess bags on discount. We had our minds stuck between 2 bags and the 2 ladies in store helped us pick the right one from the 2 and we couldn't be happier.Great customer service and quality bags for all needs and occasions!

They stock a wide variety of bags from small to big and even suitcases. The staff are very helpful and friendly and have the knowledge to direct you to the right bag.Their prices aren't cheap but they often have specials you probably didn't even know about and the bags are of quality too.

I walked into Strandbags Wetherill park 2 weeks ago and the shop assistant was constantly greeting people in a very loud voice, almost yelling. I couldn't browse and shop in peace, I ended up walking out.

The website said the store would be “closing at 9” showed up at 8pm after leaving work in a hurry and they were closed but the girls were standing inside chatting and vaping. Called to see if they would be reopening as it is only 8, but the girl said they sometimes close early to sanitize the place while she stood there talking and vaping, disgusting service. The least you could do is fix the hours so customers don’t rush there and waste time
