Food ordered is nowhere near the standard of other Noodle Boxes around Australia.The food texture is very spongy, and the Chicken in particular felt and tasted very processed.The Pork and Beef weren't too far off either.Paid for extra vegetables and were very scarce.Needs better food quality and management all round.

Absolutely love noodle box. Had an issue with a late night order and was resolved impeccably. Fast and efficient, can't wait to enjoy some more fried rice!

I was disappointed. It came 95% pasta, 4% chicken with a lot of nerve and almost nothing of other ingredients. No broccoli and carrots, the staff forgot. I paid dearly for a pot of very salty pasta.

Absolutely disgusting!! First the wait time was 30 mins more than advertised, then when the food arrived the spring rolls were missing from the order and to top it off, this food is not edible!! When i called about the missing items they were rude and said it wasnt on the order. The sauce is horrible I have no way to even explain the taste, the beef tasted off and there was not on vegetable! I wish I read the reviews before ordering as this seems to be a common occurrence. Do not eat here, I now need to find something else to eat and spend more money! Disgusting!!

The vegan fried rice and tofu was delicious I was most impressed.It was what you would expect to get at an authentic Chinese restaurant. We were not surprised to see an older Chinese gentleman with a ponytail working as their chef. We will definitely go back.

Ordered through Uber, quite dissapointing. Food came messy and spilt. Missing drink and food was a bit cold. Food was decent though but Packaging improvements need to be noted. Used to order take out here while back and it was fantastic. Im not sure what happened, I really hope they can improve a bit so that I am willing to order from here again :(

Absolutely appalling food and service here - we have a fabulous Noodle Box near us at home so we were keen to try the one near our hotel. What a bad idea! We ordered two mains and two entrees. When we got our order there was only the two main meals. When we asked where the entrees were he said that he hadn't charged us for one entree (???) and then grabbed the other one for us. So we only got one entree. He was just off hand - not exactly rude but not helpful either. The entree we did get was their plant based steamed buns - they were inedible! They were cold and hard as rocks - had to throw them out. The two mains we had were just full of pepper - so much pepper! I usually eat all of mine but could only get through half of this one - really bad. Would not go here again.

Disgusting - don’t waste your money. The food tasted like cardboard. Ordered Japanese Teriyaki and Pad Thai. No broccoli or bean shoots and very few carrots and bok choy in the Teriyaki. The Pad Thai was the worst I have ever tried. Spend your money elsewhere. Unfortunately this experience will put me off ever ordering from any Noodle Box ever again. Be warned!

Noodlebox used to be good, not any more. Ordered combination and spicy beef, well to say the least it was not the best. I won't be doming back to this store.

We ordered a fried rice and beef Thai stir fry with broccoli. There was no broccoli in the dish and the fried rice was so old and smelly we could not have it.The shop itself smells like horse pop and is disgusting.
