I had a fantastic experience at Rixon today as a new client. Imogen was my colourist and Ben as my stylist both were getting lovely. I’m the type of client who comes in with little clue about what I want. They both embraced my lack of a vision and throughly explained their vision to me before starting. At no point did I second guess what they were doing and I completely trusted them to do what they wanted. I left feeling beautiful which I haven’t felt in a while. Thank you Imogen and Ben and I’ll definitely be back to Rixon.

From the moment I stepped into Rixon I knew I was in the right place. Being new to Brisbane, I had tried another salon that were 'Blonde experts' and it was a horrible experience from the start. So stepping into Rixon was a breath of fresh air! Jenna has nailed my colour every time I'm there, the team are so attentive to service, Ive always got a drink with me. They dont miss a beat, highly recommend!

Chloe was so good. The first time that I felt like a hairdresser knew how to handle curls, and first time I've walked away liking my hair. Chloe was really friendly and had great tips for both low maintenance and if I wanted to do a little extra. I've rebooked to see her again soon :)

I never usually leave reviews, but this was my first time at Rixon Hair, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone. My Saturday monring started with a hairdresser at another place cancelling on me.My friend told me to see if Rixon had any appointments, and luckily, they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in! The girl who did my hair was incredible, with such attention to detail. I requested a fringe, and she did it perfectly! Exactly how I wanted it.You can tell the overall culture of this place is fantastic, and everyone was really really lovely! I will definitely be back.

As a visitor to Brisbane I was lucky to get an appointment at Rixon. My initial contact was with Sharon at reception who was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is great and all the staff were friendly and not pretentious or condescending (my pet hate at salons). My stylist Jenna and colourist Elise were both fantastic. They listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions and both did an amazing job on my hair. I am so happy with my “new hair” and wish this was my local salon but it is just too far from Melbourne!

Absolutely Fabulous! If you really want to be transformed into your beautiful self these professionals are the ones to do it. Ben is a brilliant, amazing stylist and Imogen is a patient, kind, and very helpful colourist. Forget the superheroes, they are the best, most talented dynamic duo. Rixon Hair is a welcoming, friendly, value-for-money place with a superbly creative team of professionals who consider and truly meet all client's individual needs, leaving them happy, fulfilled, and feeling, just as stated, Absolutely Fabulous! I know, I'm one of them!

Wow!! I got a short, wavy hair cut with apprentice Lili and these guys absolutely are hands down the best I've seen. They talked me through every bit of the cut and style, and clearly understood exactly what my hair needed.Proof is in the pudding: nearly a week later and hair is still sits back perfectly as cut without any product or styling. Thank you to the beautiful team here, you truly know and love hair!!!
