Pizza is normally hot, flat and round. This was none of those things.Edit: But wait it gets better. After calling about the ruined pizza they said they'd redo the order. Then after another 55 minute wait call them up again to find that the 'message hasn't been passed along' still no pizza.It can't really be that hard, can it? And after you've got it wrong once, ok accidents happen, but twice.

I no longer believe these guys are selling pizza’s, and are in fact selling powerful pizza-shaped laxatives.I nearly passed away in the early hours of this morning, as I shivered, sweated, and moaned the now obviously rancid “pizza” violently out my system.Cook your food, or wash your hands, you’re disgusting.

Terrible service terrible food. Avoid. I've complained already to the manager. Very unlike other Dominos venues I've visited over the years. This place needs to lift their game.

Placed my order at 11:15pm and got a call at 11:30 saying they had shut and weren’t going to except my order at all! Store on the app and online says last orders at 12am!!!! No refund or anything for me order! Very disappointed!!!When walking past, staff members on personal phone- not work related at all

I ordered online pickup. Lovely service. Everything was good but the shake I got wasn't full. The girl handed it to me knowing it wasn't full. I guess she's new? Or couldn't be bothered to make more to fill the cup. Would still go back though, because I like dominos more than pizza hut.

What is wrong with this place?Twice we have ordered delivery, twice we have been told delivery is not available due to extreme circumstances.Today I ordered a pizza for pickup, and the deformed and twisted object that ended up in my box was certainly a sight to behold; for all the wrong reasons.Won’t be ordering again. Real shame

The franchisor needs to get involved with this outlet.The gap in quality, service and consistency from literally any other dominos and this store begs belief that they are part of the same brand.First you have to address the cleanliness and presentation of the store. It has not been cleaned or upkept in the last 10 years. No seriously it hasn't and it is becoming a health hazard and council should get involved.For the last few years the pizzas are beyond appalling. The toppings are 10% of the advertised volume which points to a training or quality issue. If you are trying to dodge costs on purpose, you are shooting yourself in the foot....just look at your ratings!You would be sitting on a goldmine if you just started doing it right.Will go elsewhere...literally anywhere else.
