Love this store for supplements, great advice and health food. Staff are knowledgeable and know what it means to be truly healthy in mind, body and spirit.

Tiny in size , but jammed packed with healthy goodies. Some wonderful products you don't often see in other health shops. Friendly Staff. They also stock the Ancient Grains range of yummy breads. ..and a small selection of local flowers/fruit and veg

We wish that the staff showed a little more respect and care for their customers by wearing a mask, its not a big ask. Its a small shop and not easy to socially distance, and besides, its a health directive. Please consider using masks and I will happily come back and shop again.

Very disappointed in the standard of customer service. I often stop by this shop to pick up supplies when I'm staying on the Sunshine Coast. Today I stood and waited while 2 other people were served in front of me, (despite waiting there first) not even an acknowledgement. Perhaps the colour of my skin or that I wasn't wearing the appropriate dress code in this store to be served equally. Perhaps next time I'll wear a rainbow coloured hoodie and see if I'm served equally.

I was recommended to see Ben the naturopath at this shop. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my healing journey. I have seen naturopaths in the past which didn’t give me the best impression. Ben has such a vast amount of knowledge in many different modalities- He is a wealth of information.I’ve never had someone look at me before and know so perfectly what I needed- what to eat, supplements to take- the lifestyle I need to love in order to be the best version of me.It’s a perfect combo seeing him at the store as all the things your body needs to heal, restore and become the vital person you want to be is there :)! Ben didn’t overload me with tons of supplements either which was great- only what I needed - work through the layersHighly recommend Ben and the store

I've become a regular shopper at Health Beat because they have the best advice and the friendliest staff. They also have a seriously good range of products crammed into their store and its much better to shop there than drive a few k down the hill to the alternative. I love the orange roses they sell too!
