Richardson & Wrench Bankstown

One of the worst Real estate. they deserve minus 5. I never saw such an irresponsible real state in whole wide world. They do not know what they are doing. They still hold off my paper work so that i can not go to tribunal against them. As an owner i will not recommend any one R&W. They do not do any inspection report, do not provide it to owner- Possibly they rent the property to their relatives. after tenant leave-- they sent me an email saying the property is excellent-but i found lots of defects , when i contacted them they stopped communication with me and refusing to send me my paper work but i will hunt them down till i solve it so that they can not do it with others.

Excellent service!I transferred the management from my previous agent to Tony a few months ago. I wasn't even aware the rent was already in arrears. Tony collected the rent and in the meantime sold my property at a pleasant price. His service is highly recommended!

the worst real state in i have ever seen. Moved out of the property in august 6 2021. Till date haven't received the bond yet. all the call and emails , no reply or manager is not there is their response. Even went to fair trades they said the bond was already withdrew by the agent. Going though a lot of hassle. Highly recommend to stay away from them

Richardson & Wrench Bankstown real estate is one of the most responsive, professional real estate I have ever come across. I believe it’s in the success of hiring great, empathetic, most friendly agents\ staff. They have patience and a great way of dealing with people especially Mitchell he has a great personality and a positive patient attitude towards his work . Anyone looking for a property out there or a real estate agent, go to Richardson & wrench Bankstown there the best people to deal with.

I rented a property from R&W Bankstown where I had to chase them up via phone every 2-3 weeks on most occasions after receiving no response from them.This was due to the property flooding, having a burst water pipe, and suffering a mould problem.I am still owed money due to emergency repairs I had to undertake. They wilfully chose not to pay. There is another bill that they refused to pay as well but that's another issue.When I raised my concerns with the principal agent, Tony, I was dismissed, told what i was saying was 'hearsay' (so politely being told I was a liar) despite me having emails showing them they owed me money and had the receipts to prove it.Follow up August 2022: just shy of a year later they never given my money back or contacted me again. They responded to other negative comments on here but avoided this one. A testament to their attitude.My new real estate agent have been absolutely amazing and are a stark contrast to R&W Bankstown. I signed on with them for another year because of it. You should be able to trust a real estate agent, not be robbed by them.

They are VERY BAD when it comes to Rental Bond Return. I have lived in a property under their management for one and half years. They will try to fork your bond money as much as possible. Their customer service is a joke!! every time i tried to call the manager for bond i was told she is busy with other call and will return my call which never happened. They will just ignore you when it comes to Bond!!

Had a few problems with previous agent, so called R&W Bankstown and Tony meet me within the hour to discuss how he could help and successful managed the lease of the property. Fast forward 5 years later Tony has now successfully managed the sale of the property. Tony is a dedicated, professional and highly knowledgeable real estate agent and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an agent to manage and sell their property.

I wish to thank the everyone in the property management team. Through my circumstances of moving interstate they were helpful, informative and flexible. They went out of their way and even waited after hours because my plane was delayed.I would recommend anyone to visit the office and chat to Tony and his team to see for themselves just how great they are.

Worst real estate I have ever dealt with. They were managing my property, ended up taking the side of the tenant who trashed our property.
