As a tenant you kind of get used to the agents not caring about you, their client is the owner after all. But Annette, Amanda and Chloe have been the best Property managers a tenant could ask for! We have been in the same property for 7.5 years and in that time, We have experienced so much compassion and professionalism from these lovely ladies, I can't thank them enough. Everyone at Westwood is so polite and friendly and no request has gone without consideration. Our inspections are always on time. I'll miss them if we ever move to different company. You just don't get service like this anymore, not as the tenant.

Don't trust this team. Some of them are involved in certain things, I am not sure if you can rely on them for sale and tenancy.Left so many bills overlooked, many essential real estate management actions were missing, everyone is doing deals" with tenants

Dealed with Andrew for the sale of our property and didn't end up good. Felt like the agency was in hurry to sell my property, didn't bring many buyers and they wanted to drop the prince range after only 2 weeks in the market. Selling process bad managed.
