Pizza Hut Parramatta
After a very long day at work I was very hungry and decide to try the Pizza Hut Parramatta store for the first time.The pizza base was crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, attentive customers service, fast service, pizza was so fresh and just a amazing!!Best way to end a big day.Thank you to the female server (sorry didn’t get your name) on Wednesday 11/01/23 around 10-10:15pm.

Don't bother with the wings... So dry. There is barely any sauce, and they have me one set of wings that has no sauce at all (I ordered the Korean BBQ flavour but got PLAIN).

Today i ordered chicken supreme pizza and hot n spicy veggie pizzaBut very disappointed with chicken supreme pizza it was like cheese and tomato pizza with few tiny pieces of chicken scattered aroundIts happened again todayBoth of pizza’s are like cheese pizza no toppingsLast time i call store but owner behaviour was so rude after i call to the customer service no respond from themIf you want to waste your money then order from this store otherwise choose another store

I have ordered thin and crispy pizza with extra addition . The pizza was soggy not crispy at all. Also they charged me for extra topping but there was no toppings. The worst pizza I ever have. All of my money wastage . Don't ever try here.

This is what happens when you order online. 2 slices out of each pizza have absolutely no toppings, just the base and you get Hollendaise drizzle on half the pizza. Would not order again.

A nice pizza hut, friendly owners and decent food. My pizza was warm and hot and on time so everything I wanted :)

Never ever order from this store ! Took 45 minutes for the delivery, the lady on call at the reception hung on my partner rather sorting the delivery. Staff really need multiple lessons on customer service and talking etiquettes. Never ever ordering from this store because of the lady's behaviour with my partner.
