Docklands Personal Training Studio
I started training with Bryan last year to add some strength training in to marathon training and the training defiantly helped me in achiving my goal in the race. The sessions are tailored to you goals and can be quite tough at time which is good. Bryan is supportive while pushing you to get the best out of your self. I would definately recommend InFitPTv Docklands to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I started training with Bryan around 10 months ago and the improvement in my physical fitness from then to now is quite honestly night and day.Bryan really took the time in the beginning to assess where i was at and shared with me some simple but very effective strategies that i used (and continue to use) to manage some pre-existing problems i had from previous injuries, that has allowed me to train consistently 4-5 days a week over the 10 months.Bryan is a great motivator, very approachable and is truly dedicated to his clients. I highly recommend InFitPTV to anyone who wants to get fit and (like me) really needs that guidance and extra motivation that a professional personal trainer like Bryan provides.

I've been training with Bryan for about 4 months now and I've made HUGE progress already! I've lost many kilos, my body is much stronger and I feel great again!I struggled with weight loss and regular exercise for almost 2 years now, since the lockdowns.Bryan is really good! He knows his stuff and he knows how to keep you motivated.All you need to do is show up!!

I started training with the InFitPTv team a year and a half ago looking to improve my physical fitness condition and lose some weight. I already achieved these objectives; however, I continue training because Bryan (trainer) works hard to create a good environment to assure you continue training and therefore improving and maintaining what you have achieved.In my case, I train there 4 times per week not just because I want to stay fit, but because I also enjoy the training. The group sessions are challenging and every time there is something new to master. I always try to do a new PB (Personal Best).Finally, something I really value from the training sessions with Bryan is that you don’t go there and just train, you really learn to train. Bryan puts a lot of effort teaching you the correct techniques so you don’t get injured and you really get the best from each exercise.

Highly recommend Bryan & team. Bryan has a wealth of experience in variety of sports and disciplines; Cardio, flexibility, strength, calisthenics, rehabilitation, and dietary science to name a few. His training style is fundamentally personalized with serious attention to detail. The studio location is convenient, and the variety of equipment is excellent.

I have been training with Bryan for nearly a year now and have found the sessions to be fun and motivating, which is a big help for the early starts. Bryan mixes up the sessions to keep it varied and will push you to ensure you get a good work out and achieve results.Bryan also knows his stuff. After experiencing an injury, he tailored my sessions to ensure that I managed to maintain my fitness, whilst working on getting better. I would highly recommend for all levels of fitness.
