Clifton Gardens Bed & Breakfast

The stay here was great. I would recommend highly to stay here.We had a delightful stay last weekend. The B&B exceeded my expectations in a small town. The home is lovely and well presented, yet comfortable. The home-made breakfast was yummy and delicious!

John and Kay run their Bed & breakfast perfectly. They made the place a haven of peace and quiet with nice decoration (including fresh roses in the 2 rooms). It's super clean, pretty and comfy (especially if you like very firm beds). They also feed wild birds and we got to see king parrots and galahs on our stay there. They are very helpful and propose a large choice of food for breakfast. We had mushroom on toast and it was delicious. We also loved the choice of DVDs and the fresh fruits left for us.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend staying at Clifton Gardens B&B. The accommodation was extremely cosy and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. Four of us stayed in the two suites and we enjoyed a cosy fire in the evening, delicious breakfasts and lovely walks around the beautiful gardens. John and Kay went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we would all highly recommend their accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Orange!

If you staying in Orange , I highly recommend staying in this property, you will discover what it feels like being treated like royalty. Great Guest Kay and John always there if you need anything, and a magnificent breakfast to wrap it all up.

Me, my fiancé and our 8 month old daughter stayed with John and Kay while we were in orange for a friends wedding.The welcome was very warm and friendly, the space was private and clean, and the bedding-linen was very comfortable, we weren’t expecting Sheridan!Thank you John and Kay, we saw how much care and intention goes into your place, whenever we are in orange next for the night we will definitely be staying with you, and recommending your place to friends/family.

A great place to stay, with wonderful and friendly hosts. John and Kay were very hospitable and provided great local expertise. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were immaculate, and the electric blankets kept us warm at night! I'll stay again.

This was our second stay with John and Kay at Clifton Gardens and it was just as amazing the second time around. The suite was fantastic and the hospitality amazing. Breakfast was again a highlight.

Every part of our stay was perfect in this bnb. Outstanding in service, atmosphere, food, cleanliness and comfort. John and Kay have a long background in the accommodation industry which reflects in their present business. Great attention to detail and way above the standard for this type of accommodation .

These beautiful and tranquil gardens with mature trees, manicured lawns and spectacular displays of roses provided the perfect location to unwind for a couple of days during our recent lengthy road trip.John and Kay were the consummate hosts, providing sumptuous breakfasts and evening meals, comfortable bed, private bathroom and sitting room. Not only did they advise us of the local attractions including restaurants and wineries,etc but we spent many pleasant moments exchanging information on travel, wine and life in general.A truely fantastic experience which we will hope to revisit often. Ideally located in a relaxing English garden setting on rolling green lawns, a few minutes from Orange centre.The hosts Kay and John understand hospitality and could not offer better accommodation - more like a house, with everything one could want.Super clean, real fire, after dinner drinks and chocolates in your own living room and a very hearty, healthy breakfast in your own dining room.Clifton Gardens is the best B&B we have ever stayed at.
