David Murphy did an excellent job following through on what was, at times, a frustrating settlement. Very glad we engaged Wonderley and Hall (Statewide Land Transfers) for the conveyancing as it didn't turn out to be as straight forward as we had hoped. David was on the ball and put time and effort into working through the issues and keeping us informed with a positive outcome for us as sellers.
