What a breath of fresh air the whole team are at Skin Face Body Ballarat. I had the most welcoming and comforting experience today with Dr Gareth Grainger. Trish and the ladies at reception were so lovely. Everyone made a daunting time for me so easy. I won't leave it as long for a check up next time

The clinicians & beauticians themselves are wonderfully skilled, professional and lovely to deal with. Have had multiple visits here for different treatments.The reception staff however, really let the place down and this reflects on their low star rating compared to other beauticians and clinics in the area.Reception never follow up when they say they will call you, they speak down to you on the phone and try to belittle you. This place has lost a lot of custom due to experiencing such rudeness and unprofessionalism by reception staff. Just remember girls your dealing with customers that are paying for a service, not criminals.

Had a skin cancer removed which was visable. Dr Grainger was great, took alot of time with the proceedure and 10 months down the track I can hardly see the scar. Also, the ladies front desk & nurses are great, friendly, professional and caring. Thank you all.

Seen DC Gareth Grainger a fortnight ago for BotoxIt's been a fortnight I just seen him now there is no change whatsoever,,What a waste of nearly $500this place love taking your money but they don't tell you on your first appointment I will know we can't fix this or we can't fix that they just say yeah yeah and take your moneyDo yourself a favour and stay away from this businessIt should be about honesty and customer service I got none of that here all I wanted was my card detailsVery very very angry and disappointed
