Intercontinental Hotel Group

Nice experience as a hotel guest, you can have drinks on the 31st floor with the view on the opera house. As an IHG member, they upgraded our room with nice view and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing and delicious.

I had a recent stay at IHG Warwick Farm and was extremely dissapointed with the experience. There were a number of issues raised which included safety issues as well as service issues. The staff had a general disregard for the views / opinions of women, and insisted on dealing with my male friend. The safety issue related to glass shards found in the carpet, which was brought to the attention of reception personal. I was informed that 'management' would come and inspect the issue very shortly thereafter. This did not happen until some time afterwards and the 'inspection' if you could call it that was completely unsatisfactory. This resulted in a poorly and quickly conducted vacuum of parts of the floor (but not the whole floor). Also my deal was supposed to include breakfasts for my stay, but was still charged. An email to the hotel with regards to this has still not been attended to. Upon our arrival it was obvious that the room had not been fully or properly prepared, with large amounts of hair present on the carpet, and a used condom on the bathroom floor. Not happy at all with my experience. I dare management to get in contact with me (which they said would be done, but has yet to occur).

It's a nice hotel.. Well known for sure..Nice to sightseeing of harbour bridge!!Clean and comfortable rooms..

Terrible experience at IHG Double Bay, Sydney. Party goers take over the place with noise in the early hours of the morning. Management appeared disconcerned with our issues and complaint, neither were they inclined to offer or accept any compensation. Will never stay there again.
