Beautiful apartments in a wonderful location. Staff were friendly. An enjoyable stay.

Best location, central to everything. Second time staying here in the past 10 years and nothing has changed. Clean and tidy rooms with great amenities. Great for families.

Great resort with nice views. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy enough with good amenities. The pools were kept very clean to which i was impressed with. Traveled with 4 adults + 6 month old and were looked after with amenities such as cot and high chair. Would happily stay here again as everything is within walking distance.

Beautiful pools and relaxing spa area with the bar conveniently located to enjoy a refreshing beverage poolside.Great views from our balcony and the room had everything we needed. The beds were delightfully comfortable.The kids said this was the greatest apartment that we've ever stayed in, and I have to agree with them.

I loved this place! It was clean, comfortable, the staff were lovely. The shower could have had more water pressure and it would be great if the heated lap pool were more accessible with steps rather than the ladder. The toilet did have a small continuous run and the door to the balcony wouldn’t lock but the staff came up at 10pm to fix the door. I thought this was just amazing service! Usually in serviced apartments your rooms don’t get fresh towels or beds made daily however here if we wanted it, they did it which was just fantastic. The views were also spectacular. I will be back to stay again. I loved it here!

The reviews are all true, it’s a wonderful resort. We’re currently on day 2 of 4 nights; I’ve been wanting to come here for a long time. Staff are super friendly, pools, rooms, grounds, everything is clean and there’s an atmosphere of calmness and fun but it’s not noisy even with families with kids here. The happy hour and free muffins are such a lovely touch. Location could not be more perfect. It really does feel like we’re being spoiled, definitely worth it. Thanks to the whole Rumba team.

Spacious self contained rooms. Plenty of room in the pools. Bar adjacent to pool. Limited dining menu at bar but a range of dining venues below.

Wonderful beachfront resort, with heated pool, spa and friendly, helpful staff. Nice and clean hotel rooms with beautiful ocean view. My family will definitely visit again.

Stayed here awhile back. Quite exy, and the room was a bit too big and house-like for my likings. I prefer cosy cabins and camping, so that i feel like im somewhere special and 'away' from home and all the mod cons. But many people like to feel like theyre at home while theyre away. So reason for my 1 star off is its not my style of holidaying, just only place avail at bullcock at the time. But great location to bullcock and great bar n cafe too.

We finally had the opportunity to meet a few wonderful hosts in person: Mariana, Ines and Jackson! They were most gracious, efficient, and definitely guest-focused!However (isn’t there always an “however”?) an issue occurred regarding a malfunction television set. This was reported on Sunday. 2 April; the engineer came to our room and confirmed the existence of the problem. He indicated he could not replace the television until Monday.We were not compensated for the missed night with a few round-about-reasons as to why not, e.g., 1) the rooms are individually owned and the owner had to be contacted to authorize the purchase of a new television which could not be done until Monday; 2) had we reported the issue earlier, a replacement television might have been available; 3) it was neither the fault nor the responsibility of the Rumba staff that the television failed; 4) the front desk did not have the authority to offer compensation. These “reasons” are interesting but did not address the root issue, namely we were denied benefit of the full amenities expected for the duration of our stay.Now, to a much larger issue and significantly more important: On Monday morning, 3 April, DESPITE OUR HAVING THE “DO NOT DISTURB” SIGN INDICATED ON OUR DOOR, THE ENGINEER DISREGARDED IT AND KNOCKED LOUDLY SEVERAL TIMES! When I opened the door he indicated he was there to install the new television. When I firmly pointed to the “do not disturb” sign that he did not respect, he repeated that he was there to install the new television. Needless to say, my wife and I were both very upset as we were still in our dressing gowns and were leisurely enjoying a cup of coffee on our balcony. This instance certainly ruined our stay!! The front desk staff did not even apologize for the intrusion. When checking out on Tuesday, 4 April, when I mentioned the violation of one of the most sacred policies of any hotelier (i.e., honour and respect the “Do Not Disturb” sign of the guest, then, and only then, were we told they were sorry but that the engineer was only doing his job☹As a follow-up, I sent an email to the General Manager and he replied that the Do Not Disturb" sign was for housekeeping only -- so
