Chicken Treat
It’s the 14th of Febuary 2020, and we came through the drive through about 25 minutes ago (7:45pm). She was a young girl around 17 years of age and had brown hair. Ordered our food clearly and the girl got us to repeat it multiple of times. As we reached the window the girl didn’t know what she was doing clearly as she was mucking around with the card and didn’t even complete the payment correctly. We drove back home and all of our meals were not what we asked for. We were very unhappy with this experience, and we feel the customer service was very poor. Would have been nice if she asked for help from someone cause she didn’t know what she was doing but continued on anyways and there we ended up with the wrong order. Very unhappy with this experience.

I ordered sweet potato chips and a big box of chips just now, I couldn't eat it, because too much salt, usually i like chicken treat but today make me feel bad

Floor was as sticky as a pub the morning after, could hear it make that velcro sound as you moved your feet. Not enough staff today (3), after waiting 5 minutes to place an order the couple in front was served and then the staff went back to cooking/drive through so I left and got maccas who were on the ball.

No chicken again! 6:30pm on a Tues and their out of chicken again. Out of the 3 main drive throughs in Eaton I prefer Chicken Treat but we hardly ever eat here coz there always out of chicken or so slow. Are you trying to send yourselves broke? It's not a TREAT if there's no CHICKEN!!

Once again served up rubbish, 2 chicken and chips boxes with burnt dry chicken in both, waited ages as usual to receive food that should of been thrown out.Does anyone at Chicken Treat read the reviews? Obviously not.
