Such a wonderful store! Within seconds of entering there is someone to acknowledge you and help.The eye appointment is always very friendly, thorough and informative. When needing glasses or contacts we’ve always been given the best and affordable ones. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All optometrists we have met here (James, Rowan, Michael) were very thorough and patient, listening to our concerns and providing clear explanations. All other staff in the store are friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend!

Mr Z is brilliant with the children, he us informative and patient. He always makes our eye tests a fun and enjoyable experience. The balloon animals are also a bonus!!! His level of patient care is the best I have encountered.

Big shout out to the OPSM Waurn ponds team and Mel! They were so incredibly kind and amazing when recently my new prescription sunnies were stolen within only one week of buying them. When I told them my story they were so sympathetic and gorgeous and kindly offered to replace them free of charge. They went above and beyond offering to post them to me and were just so lovely! Thanks legends! Kindness and compassion for the win!!

My first visit to OPSM went above any customer service I have ever experienced! All the staff at Waurn Ponds had a wonderful manner , the optometrist was thorough, experienced and had a great personality and the manageress ran off to buy me a huge box of chocolates , just because I was kept waiting 15 minutes, through no fault of their own. (Imagine if every doctor’s surgery did that…. They would have to buy shares in a chocolate factory!)Never had such warm and personalized service, and cannot thank you all enough. Highly recommended for all members of the family.Thanks again! Michelle

I visited the Waurn Ponds store on May 25, 2023 ( 2 pm). One of my most enjoyable store visits ever. The young lady who served me ( forgot to take take note of her name unfortunately) had fantastic customer service. Warm and very helpful. I was able to get in and have assessment immediately due to a cancellation and James the optometerist was excellent.

I popped in the other day to have my specs adjusted and was served by Dory. She was awesome! Very helpful and informative,m and took the time needed to ensure my specs were spot on. I'm fairly particular about this, so a big thank you to Dory!
