Absolute rudeness when we politely followed up a flight refund we were waiting to hear info back on for several months. My wife was told by one of the staff that she was wasting her time and that she had more important people to attend too. What kind of customer service is that? Pathetic is what it is. I work in customer service myself so i know how to treat people even if you are having a bad day, there is no excuse.Also not to mention the no replies to several emails and passed off to others to deal with once it got to much. The final straw i had to call customer service hotline just to find out further information on our flight refund as the person we were dealing with at aspley would not reply or take calls or emails over several weeks leading upto when our flights were due to be taken. All we wanted was a simple yes or no answer or to know what was happening so we could make a call. If you simply cannot communicate with your customers, you shouldn’t be in business. Will not be coming back to your franchise again and i hope management invest sometime in customer service training of their staff. Have some accountability.

Absolutely ridiculous. My parter booked a flight for him and i to go to airlie beach. The flight center chick never answered our emails and continually spelt my name wrong then ended up getting printed wrong on my flight ticket. My parter also obviously said we wanted to sit together and as this day came he was sitting 5 rows behind me.

Unfortunately the customer service has been consistently poor in this store. You are never made to feel welcome as no one acknowledges you as you wait. When calling to make an appointment you are re directed to make a booking in store after the wait time lapses and so you end up in a loop of never being served. A kiosk to make bookings or a staff member to field walk ins would be a simple fix. At least acknolwedge someone when they are standing there waiting, general customer service 101.

Spent 15 minutes waiting. The 2 women were waiting on other customers. Neither staff acknowledged we were there. Good customer service one of them should have stated please wait I will be with you soon or come back in xx minutes. I took my $10,000 to another Flight Centre. They missed an easy commission.

We made an appointment with one of the staff members and gave them several specific resorts in Fiji we wanted quotes on (we did the homework of what resorts were where and what inclusions they came with as this staff member advised she did not know anything about Fiji). 10 days on and 1 (yes just ONE) quote later we have gone elsewhere to book our holiday. We emailed this staff member a number of times - received nothing! A loss for Flight Centre as we travel overseas regularly however neither of us will use Aspley Flight Centre again.

I recently (March 2023) had the unfortunate experience of booking a holiday to Hawaii through Flight Center, (our first ever major overseas holiday), specifically the Aspley branch, and I am utterly disappointed with the level of service and professionalism we received. Our trip was marred by a major mishap that left our family devastated and our children heartbroken.We had booked and confirmed a highly anticipated 3-hour Kualoa Jurassic Valley Zipline Tour, which was supposed to be the highlight of our Hawaiian adventure. However, upon arriving at the tour location, we were informed that there was no record of our family and, shockingly, the tour wasn't even scheduled for that day! The sheer incompetence and negligence displayed by Flight Center is absolutely unacceptable.What followed was an even more distressing ordeal. Despite our urgent attempts to contact Flight Center via emails and messages, they were painfully slow to respond. We were left hanging, desperately seeking answers and assistance, while precious vacation time slipped away. The lack of urgency and care demonstrated by Flight Center during this critical time was nothing short of shocking.To make matters worse, this mix-up had a significant impact on our children, especially my 8-year-old son who is absolutely obsessed with dinosaurs. This tour was his dream come true, as it offered a chance to see the iconic filming location of Jurassic Park. Flight Center's failure not only robbed him of this opportunity but also shattered his innocent excitement. The disappointment on our children's faces was heart-wrenching.Throughout this entire ordeal, Flight Center failed to offer a sincere apology or provide any explanation as to how such a basic booking error could have occurred. Their lack of accountability and disregard for our emotional distress is truly disheartening. This was not just a mere inconvenience; it was a significant disruption to our carefully planned family holiday.Moreover, my wife, who had put so much effort into creating a memorable vacation for our family, was left emotionally upset by Flight Center's incompetence. The disappointment and frustration we experienced due to their negligence is simply inexcusable.

If I could give this less than one star I would.We went through flight centre for Egypt and Jordan because it was our first time travelling after covid. We expected a service and the stress taken out but instead found ourselves doing everything ourselves. Not only did our travel agent change three times. They never checked their emails or responded to us. This meant when payments were due we were begging to pay to not lose bookings and they never answered us. We ended up finding a lot of our own tours and couldn’t get service to answer a single question until my mother stormed in there in person. Even then, our tour payment was three days overdue and about to be lost so we would have lost half our trip.Nothing was communicated. The phone lines were always busy and when we were overseas, there was no clear direction on any of our paperwork! This was an awful experience and I feel for them being so short staffed but Jamie (our second agent) was absolutely horrible. Do not do it. If you must find a travel agent find a smaller company but don’t go to flight centre. They not only fired half their staff but now they haven’t rehired enough people and their customers are suffering. (Yet they still take on new clients). Abysmal service. Terrible communication. Overall, it was disgusting. (More happened but I’m just over it at this point.)Less than zero/ 5 stars.

My experience was not good. The girl who attended me with my cruise from sydney told me my cruise was leaving from circ quay. I heard diffrent and told the girl, she again said the port for the cruise was circ quay, so asked for that imfo in writing. She sent this to me in an email. I then went back in and showed her some evidence the cruise was leaving from white bay. She then said she would look it up again and email me. She did this, found it was white bay and simply just said, your cruise will be leaving from wide bay. Nothing else was said, no apology, and unprofessional. She also told me she got this imfo from the P&O cruise appp. Thankyou.
