I took two shirts to get repaired, one silk and one knitted - both with holes. It only took a few days to have both repaired which was great. What made me leave the review is the fact that when I left and checked the shirts, one still had a hole that we hadn't seen beforehand - I took it back and the shop owner went out of her way to fix it cost free.

Candy altered my wedding dress and she did an excellent job, my dress looks even more amazing with her alterations. She listened to exactly what i wanted and was super patient with me and so happy to help with every little change. Candy also altered the bridesmaid dresses and everyone was extremely happy with the outcome.

Have been going here for years and can not fault them! They are efficient, detail oriented, reasonably priced and lovely to deal with. Very happy with the service I have continued to receive, you wouldn’t even know my clothes had been altered, they are that well sewn!

Candy did a great job on my silk dress which needed shortening. She was meticulous in measuring to pin it at the right length. Her prices are very reasonable, doesn't try to rip you off and has all the right equipments to cut complex material like silk. She's also very pleasant to talk to. Very happy with her service.

Parramatta Alterations is a hidden gem! They're true craftspeople - highly skilled, incredibly knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. I have been getting my clothing alteration done by Candy for many years now. Their pricing is fair and much better value than others considering how skilled Candy is and what she is able to do. My first impression after stepping into their store for the first time was that they were friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. After greeting me warmly, the man asked what needed to be altered, then told me he can do it all. He was very gentle and professional and came up with great ideas on how to alter my clothing to fit me.I picked up my items today and tried them on, and I am immensely impressed at the amazing work they have done! They came out perfect and my clothes look flawless, you wouldn't even be able to tell they were altered.I'd like to give a big thank you to the team, I will definitely recommend your store to everyone!
