I was low on truck fuel after passing up on a fill up at Biloela yesterday. I was impressed with Monto Puma ,diesel price was 10c less than any Bileola Servos. Rest rooms were clean and fresh, windscreen washers and paper towels were topped up and had proper additive, service and food was fresh and friendly. Impressed as a truck driver who sees a lot of filthy Servos!

Called in for fuel and to use the toilets on our way back to Brisbane. The staff here were so friendly and the facilities were so so clean.Well done to all an amazing place to pit stop.

The petrol station attendant lacked safety awareness and customer focus. The fuel did not cutoff when filling with 95 from bowser 1. Fuel poured out the top of the fuel tank of my motorcycle and over the hot engine. The old and slow man at the counter seemed not to care about the danger and action required for safety. To his credit, the manager rang me back later and assured me they do take safety very seriously and that the pump had been checked by the appropriate people.

Called in there fairly late to grab some fuel and asked if I could get a feed in town at this hour of the night and was greeted with a smile and they made me a works burger, it was the freshest best rating non greasy burger I have ever eaten.The customer service was first class and whole place was spotless clean. Thank you

There are only two petrol stations in Monto. The Puma is the one I choose just about 99% of the time. On occasions the independent servo may be cheaper by a cent or so but it's not enough for me to change.
