Fantastic Furniture
A while ago my son and I went to Osborne park Fantastic furniture and were served by a gentleman called Daniel. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic furniture if your on a budget then DO NOT MISS this place, couches under 500 if not cheaper, some reduced to 200, not bad indeed, good quality and massive discounts

Whatever you do, do not go to Fantastic furniture Osborne park. We went in at 3:40 on Saturday and they were closing at 4. We told them what we wanted and they were very at finding all the stuff. It waa a $1500 order of assorted furniture but they clearly didnt need it. A sales staff Said as we were about to pay guys we have to go" so I said we are about to pay but not our fault its taking so long so he walked away and through his hands up.i said sont worry we will leave the order and he basically threw us out the shop. He was very proud to give me his nameDANIEL. We went to AMART and bought our stuff there and the staff was amazing."

Fantastic Furniture
I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a couch 10 weeks ago and received a call this morning that the fabric is no longer available. I was told I had to chose another fabric and wait another 16-18 weeks or cancel my order. The person I talked with seemed very keen for me to cancel my order and the staff were not willing to to even try contact the manufacturer to see what could be done.UPDATE: After selecting a new couch, that I was assured was in Fremantle and would only be a 4 week wait, I have just been told it will be another 8 weeks wait on top of my 13 weeks wait already. Staff are incredibly unhelpful and would rather you cancel your order.

If it has to have fantastic in the name, it’s probably not fantastic. This help to be true. IKEA furniture seems like better quality. Lots of cheap options though, and you can pretty much load it up and take it right then and there as opposed to others which you can wait from 5 dates or 12 weeks

0 stars!!!!!1. Customer service was not pleasant and very disappointing.2. False advertising and intentionally misleading customers - Rugs in a certain compartment of the store was priced at $49 which I wanted to buy 6 pieces of. It wasn't until I was about to pay that I realised they were actually $89 each. I was not even told they were not $49. I mentioned to the sales person and he said that price was for a different design (although the rugs had the same name) which he said they didn't have stock for. He agreed that $89 was nowhere to be seen but he did not want to honour the price. Very misleading sign. It's ridiculous to have a sign for a product that they don't even have stock for and have no sign for products they had stock for. Seems like they were intentionally trying to mislead customers into thinking they were $49 each rather than $89.3. Rugs were on sale and the sale prices were not tagged, just as if there was no sale. Again, seems like they were trying to hide the sale prices from customers. I bought a $129 rug that day which was shown to be $229. It wasn't until I asked for that price that they said it was on sale for $129.4. An incorrect quote was also given for another rug from the same sales person which claimed to be the manager - When later found out to be the wrong price due to his own mistake, he did not want to honour the price.5. Irresponsible manager - spoke rudely despite the store at fault of false advertisingAll this happened in the Osborne Park Store. Had issues with them last time I purchased too. Very rude and customer service was very bad. Ended up travelling 40 mins to the Myaree store to purchase - and was very happy with the service there.Will not be returning to the Osborne Park store anymore, although it's the closest. And definitely will not be recommending any of my family and friends to the Osborne Park store with this customer service.

Fantastic Furniture
Hu bought one side table and was ready to pick up next day. Went in store next day and staff told me come back after one week. Again went over there and found my order product not in store missing in warehouse. So they organise free delivery after long argument. On delivery day someone told me they deliverer product in 2 hours waited 5 hours call back in store at nearly 5 pm any time on today or may be in next day sometime. Always rough customer service

Worst Customer Experience - would never purchase from them again.I just wanted to write a review on my order to ensure other people don't have a terrible experience like I did and to be aware of the terrible service and customer service they provided to me. I received the worst customer experience I have probably ever had in my life.I had recently moved back to Australia from the UK when I placed an order for a bed with Fantastic Furniture. I was told it would take 14 weeks maximum before someone would contact me about delivery.I followed up at 12 weeks to see if they would be contacting me for delivery soon and was told it was up to 14 weeks maximum before they'd contact me, and to ask again after then. After 14 weeks, I contacted them to find out what was happening with my order. I was told that they would have to email the warehouse and would get back to me ASAP (I still haven't received an email from that person by the way). I followed up again the next day as I wasn't satisfied with that approach and I was told that the bed I ordered had been discontinued (not sure at what point out of the 14 weeks) and that I would have to call the store that would be delivering, for a full refund.I waited 14 weeks without any communication of the product being discontinued. I also reached out to the company multiple times for an update after the 14 weeks, at which point none of the customer service team let me know that it was discontinued. The company kept me waiting for my order for 14 weeks and also held onto my money knowing I wouldn't be receiving it. I had to contact the store myself to have my refund issued, and the person in store hadn't even been made aware of the issue.

Fantastic Furniture
Looking around for a sofa and the two ladies are very helpful. The price was affordable and only one price fees for one or more purchase furniture.
