Don't know how to look after the real estate that has already been leased/rented.Lined-fence trees are not well-maintain for years disturbing neighbours' yard maintenance

I rented through QPro Realty for 2 years and they were by far the best realestate I’ve ever rented with. Great communication, always fixed anything broken with the property within a good timeframe. They always follow the RTA guidelines every step of the way. Even ending the tenancy and bond refund was a reasonable and transparent process. Overall very satisfied with the team at QPro from a renters perspective
