The girls here are such perfectionists. Their attention to detail is amazing. Mani and pedi both really good and they take their time doing things. Clean and welcoming shop. They will offer you a tea, coffee or water while you have your service done. Will continue to come back :)

I did my shellac nails on day before yesterday and already coming off. Charged me more than other saloon. And just did 2 quotes when asked she said it’s brand and Color which only needs two. Today when I rang them back they said come and we will fix and when I said I am busy next couple of days and they said can’t do anything if I don’t come today or tomorrow and hung up the phone. No responsibility on what they doing. Obviously will never be back and I guess no one should in such a place who don’t even take responsibility while not doing a proper and complete job. Waste of my time and money and have to stay with bad nails for at least 4 days as I m very busy with work and family.

I went to this salon not even 4 days ago and got my nails done. I gave them a design that I wanted, I got acrylics with tips and left, not happy but not wanting to complain as they still looked okay. After not even 2 days the polish on my nails had started chipping off. I was very unhappy and when I went to go in to request a refund, or at least a partial refund. They told me that the only thing that they could do is to redo the colour. I did not want this as I was worried it would keep happening. They argued with me for a few minutes then told me that I was not going to get any type of refund or reimbursement. I’ve been getting my nails done for 6 years and have never had an experience like this.

Have been a customer for 6 years new owners/workers are very rude and made me feel bad for asking to get nails done very rough and unhygienic will NEVER go there again!
