I got served by a lovely and professional gentleman. His name was Austin, please give him a raise as his customer service was top notch.Went there again the next week and was welcomed by a boy named Sam. He seemed very snappy and was rude when i tried to order, consequently my order was wrong.

Twice I have ordered delivery here and both times they cancelled the order after an hour of waiting. I was not able to cancel my order either. $62 dollar order they are happy to throw away. Won’t bother with grilled again.

Ordered $80 worth of food tonight. Took over an hour because the docket was lost (so I was told) and then didn’t even get the drink we ordered. I don’t normally leave a bad review but seriously how hard is it to get right.

Had a really good dinner there tonight, just unfortunate that the sweet potato chips were overcooked and the chicken ceasar salad was so salty. And they are Pepsi not Coke.

This is a big venue. Plenty of space inside and out. High ceilings and room to move. It doesn’t seem to get too noisy when it’s busy. I like that.It’s near a main road but you don’t really notice the cars for some reason.The food is normally OK but not amazing. There’s a Bunnings further down Stafford Road in case you don’t like the burgers.Usually plenty of staff working. The bathrooms are shared with the other tenants of the centre.Lots of parking spaces available right next door.

This store is incredible.I had an experience with an Uber Eats driver stealing my food, I called the store and they offered to remake the food at no cost. I turned this down (as it's not their fault!), and simply reordered the order. When the food arrived, they chucked in a $30 giftcard.This is the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a food business in my life.

Incredible,the place is always busy,printing money.but majority of times the phone goes unanswered, or you’re hung up on,or our order is totally wrong.and why is the cap donations taken out of their respective containers and placed back on the counter and given out again,So much for charity, just a gimmick.just out of interest,are they still paying so called a trainee hourly rate to kids working their butts off for a few bucks?and when the older staff swore at young staff when a mistake happened, that did it for me.Someone say KFC.
