Steve Wright, Team Neilson, and RE/MAX Bayside recently sold our investment property for significantly more than we'd hoped to achieve. They also sorted out a couple of last minute issues that we couldn't get the property managers to resolve in time. Absolutely happy with their service!

Great service and great results in our recent sale!

Only gave one star as there are no negative stars. This agent is a very volatile man who abuses you even though you have never met. He is also very unprofessional, child like & a real key board warrior. We had 2 properties to sell, one a difficult one to sell we admit. We listed it with an agent that works for him but unfortunately didn't have much success in finding a buyer. Not the agent's fault. Decided not to list the second with his agency & when we told him this he spat the dummy and cancelled the first contract, sending us a very childish text message, part of which stated he was doing us a favour trying to sell our property. No favour, your job. Charged us nearly $1900 for advertising even though we provided all the photos, included in this was a charge of $81.82 for a For Sale" sign to be placed outside the property. Just a normal one
