Very well organised, office staff handled everything from design, calculating savings estimates, dealings with energex connections, connection of system to web portal, all without me needing to worry. Very happy with this company. Jeff did a great job explaining the pros and cons of different solar panel and inverter options to me, and once I had decided on one of his designs the installation was very quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

I chose Ecoelectric after getting 3 quotes late last year. They are a great combination of good prices for good quality gear. They provided a good layout with attention to what can fit on the roof, and were able to fit a couple of extra panels on when I asked.Low fuss and were good to communicate with, and kept to the schedule even in the busy December period. And it's all been working perfectly, clean tidy install and no leaks. (unlike friends who used another company around that time!). Highly recommended, I might get the inlaws onto solar with them soon.

I had a 4kw microinverter system installed just before Christmas and was extremely happy with the whole process. The customer service is fantastic, they made sure i got the right system for my needs and were very informative throughout the process. On the installation day the guys were very knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. I will definitely refer them to others and will definitely use them again in the future. The system runs really well and was great to see my meter run backwards!

I had ecoeclectric install a system in 2017. They provided great advice, designed a system suitable for my needs, and delivered and installed a quality solar power system. I have had no issues with my system.After renovations to my house, I decided to upgrade the solar system and enquire about a battery. Jeff's advice was to upgrade the system and wait about 12 months for a better battery to come out from Enphase. I took his advice, and now pump out the power, even on overcast days.I highly recommend Ecoelectric. Jeff and his team are prompt, courteous and professional in all aspects of their service.

Lachlan our installer was highly professional and very helpful with all the questions I had. And the admin team were always available and quick to respond. No pushy sale, clean and tidy install and a quick install. You can trust these guys!

I approached three companies for quotes, and chose Ecoelectric. From the get go, they met my checklist requirements. A local company with employees, great first contact service and a face to face meeting with Jeff to discuss my requirements. Jeff provided great advice, contrary to the upsell experience from one of the other companies. Then I was dealing with Kristeen in the office. What a pleasure and awesome communications. I was kept informed all the way. Then leading up to the install we coordinated my roof painting after installing the mounting brackets. At the installation, I met Lachlan, and he was professional and no fuss all the way. I wasn't on site day 1 but he kept me updated. They had to come back due to rain. Lachlan ran me through the set up and the safety points. I now watch my Enphase app with interest to see how my system is performing. My energy consumption habits are changing already. We had Ecoelectric install a 29kW Commercial solar system on our warehouse, professionally done and on time. Very little fuss, quick to communicate with, paperwork with no dramas. The installers showed great attention to detail and the whole system presents immaculately. Highly recommended.

Ecoelectric were great! I requested two other quotes from other solar installers and both were comparable to Ecoelectric. What set them apart was the way Kristeen confidently answered all of my questions. She responded quickly and keep me in the loop. I didn’t have to chase for anything. The installers were great. They were initially concerned about breaking our terracotta roof tiles but carefully carried out the work with only one breakage. I’ve heard of breakages of over 20+ tiles before so I was relieved! I would highly recommend.
