Great jewellery shop , John and staff are very professional and helpful, they will do everything in there power to make any occasion special . Not much they cant do from 1 off pieces to refurbished jewellery , never had a problem great people , great prices

Scoffin’s treats their existing customers with an appalling and atrocious attitude. They do not deserve anyone’s business. The customer service is dreadful & they are totally incapable of offering any assistance for their after sales service whatsoever. They take your money and hide. I have called, texted & emailed them over a period of 2 weeks & they have ignored all of my correspondence. I would recommend anyone seeking to purchase any items from this retailer to run a mile & look to another more reputable jeweller in Yeppoon.I’m only giving one star because I’m unable to give zero stars.

Worst service I've ever had! Mr John Scoffin damaged my ring then took 7 months to fix it, did not call when he said he would- 4 times!, Did not apologise until I voiced my anger, still charged me for the re size AND tried to charge me twice for previous work. Very very rude and abrupt, and where he has tried to fix the damage is very noticeable. Terrible service! Will not return!!
