Alfredo was able to fix an issue on my car that no one else could even find. Excellent service from a highly skilled/experienced technician. 10 times better than the dealer! I only wish I came here sooner.

The service at Muller & Muller is outstanding.We had to change our appointment to later in the day and then we ended up arriving late to get our new Volkswagen Golf checked over but the team here were still happy to check everything over and even stayed back well and beyond after closing. They were amazing and found everything that needed to be fixed and explained it all to us.Both Alfredo and the Michaela were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be bringing all our Volkswagens here! Thank you!

Had my Audi's brakes done here and very happy with the results. Cost was fair and Alfredo is very knowledgeable mechanic when it comes to Audis and VWs.Convenient for me as it is in Dural.Highly recommend

After today’s service I felt compelled to write a review because I was so impressed with not only their professionalism but the level of knowledge they have. Somehow the new administration has taken things to another level. Alfredo and the team are friendly, professional and really efficient and accommodating. Super helpful in looking after my old car. They do servicing on brand new cars too so I’ll definitely be bring my new one in soon.

Had a 85k major service done on my Audi S3 at Muller and Muller. I’ve had smaller services done with them previously and have been happy with the service and price. Today’s service was adequate but took over 5 hours!! I was not consulted prior about additional charges such as windscreen washer additive and wiper blade replacement which are not listed in a standard 85k service. I am very disappointed as my car absolutely DID NOT need these things replaced as I had replaced them myself within the last 12 months. When I queried these charges the response was that the blades were squeaky. I had not noticed this at all when driving my own car. I also checked the dashcam footage of the test drive and noticed my car was driven quite fast in Dynamic mode on back streets around Dural which is not necessary.

I have been a return customer to Muller & Muller, Alfredo has always been helpful, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I am a very fussy person when it comes to quality workmanship and anyone who works on my car, he does his job very well and I have been very satisfied with his workmanship. I would absolutely recommend Muller & Muller Dural anytime! *BIG thumbs up!*

It takes me more than 90 minutes to get to Muller and Muller, in a part of Sydney that I rarely have reason to go to. But it’s worth the trouble.I had an issue with my car that a VW dealership had a simple response to - replace and install a whole series of parts for $7K+. (I later learnt that this is what dealership mechanics do, for better or worse, they replace things rather than fixing them). A local mechanic, who did not understand all the issues, said it was going to cost $5K+. But Muller and Muller explained everything to me and addressed the issues, replacing only the parts that needed to be and even serviced my car for $1.3K. In my 25 years of owning a car, I don’t think I’ve come across a mechanic that is so knowledgeable, meticulous and reasonable. If you want your VW to run well and last longer, take it here - and I’ve even seem them service high-end models of other manufacturers.

Have used the mechanic services for my Fiat 500 a few times now and every single time it has been amazing. They are really quick with large services and repairs often only taking 1 day to complete. They have a hire car as well, very convenient. Staff are friendly. Very happy with the service and will be using them for all future services for my Fiat.
