Job was completed. however, damage was done to existing taps and was hidden. Now that i have brought up the issue, they have taken no responsibility. They have now blocked me on Facebook and any verbal conversation they have hung up. Very aggressive and unprofessional.

Resurfacing works are great but it was the small finishing touches that lagged in quality. We had an issue with silicone works and we got told by the owner Leigh to buy a tube and do it ourselves.Very disappointing response considering the amount of money we invested into the process. We definitely thought the after sale customer service could be better. They are happy to take your money but when you have an issue they don't want to know about it.
