Super friendly and professional bike repairs - they went over and above to fix my e-bike gears and brakes as well as my husband’s mountain bike pedal. I highly recommend this efficient team led by Lesley!

We are very impressed with you guys had a bike fixed elsewhere new brakes fitted. Haven’t used much Daughter come to stay so we went for a bike ride and lost the back brakes. They just fell out cost $100 Brought our bike in on Friday and you guys fixed it $45 l also fixed another thing , pins not fitted properly on the front brake, GREAT SERVICE THANKS HEAPS

Bought our Mearth E scooters a few months back. Great service and happy we bought from a great Australian company with great after sales service"... that's what we were told at purchase time. Today the young man who spoke to us had no time to look at my brakes and told us it would take days to tighten the cable and we would have to leave it with them.The most disappointing thing was when he started completely bagging Mearth as a horrible company whose after sales service was terrible and they hire only Indian people who don't speak English. They never have parts and their products are not great and they will not be stocking their scooters in the future. Not impressed!!!"

It's ok the store is lacking in variety of bikes though

Had a busted up bike and Rosalee sorted it in a matter of hours. Great service and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

After multiple visits and purchases, I find your experience is extremely driven by who serves you. Some experiences have been great, others not so much. The advice of some of the sales staff is a bit vague which doesn't instill faith in the advice you are receiving - after all if I have to resort to google to find the answer, why not just buy online whilst you are at it?

The female shop owner is very rude and aggressive. I will never shop at her shop on high st again or the other one she said she owns over south side . Trust others will shop else where when purchasing bikes and or parts . Do not have any bike servicing done there . I did and now it’s at another bike shop getting fixed , after her two service attempts failed to fix .

My partner and I went in to enquire and have a browse, and we had amazing help from Anthony who assisted us and gave us great, honest information on what we’d likely need. We got a great deal, they built the bikes in store for us on such short notice, and we felt very comfortable and welcome in store. We’ll definitely return to their store, keep up the amazing work!

Excellent service. Great value. Dropped my bike off at 5 pm with a flat tyre and worn out rear brake pads. Got a call at 9 am the next day to let me know it was repaired. When riding it that day, I noticed that the front brake (which had been a bit spongey) had been adjusted as well and both brakes were now sharp and working perfectly.

Extremely bad customer service it was ok whilst buying the bike but on repairs and warranty they want nothing to do with it I’ve have ordered items quoted one price charged another still fighting to get warrant unreal they hang up the phone when it gets too hard shocking
