Constantly lying about the completion date of the hinkler drive roadworks which has caused so much disruption in traffic and the stupid amount of potholes that keep cropping up there daily. The roadworks have already been extended over 6 months since the original date, and the last date you gave out was february, and we're now approaching mid march and it is still not finished.

High quality development in one of the best areas of the Gold Coast, nature surrounding and plenty of plans for growth in the future… why would you not?

GC needs this. There is such a shortage of land and homes. Looking forward to seeing this estate begin building. What I have seen so far it’s going to be fantastic place to live.

We are so excited to have secured a block here in the first release! The amount of work and effort the team have put into designing this community is next level. Yes, it’s running begin schedule, but if we can stay optimistic about it, others can too. The blocks are decent sizes, the streets are nice and wide, and they’re planting so many trees. The emphasis is on preserving the natural environment. We’re most excited about the nature aspect of living here. Apparently every house will be within 5 minutes walk of a park, and the nature corridor the veins through the community is going to be magical. And the skyline views too! People are criticizing this place and I don’t really understand why. There’s a housing crisis on the Gold Coast at the moment, and this is one of the last land releases offering over 3000 homes to new families. Not to mention the infrastructure upgrade to the area.

So excited to buy land & build in this amazing new Estate. A prefect estate to bring our children up with expansive parklands, play grounds with a focus on conservation.

High risk of stroke to the M1. I really hope they allow only I car per greenlight exiting this poorly designed development. The rest of the Gold Coast should petition to the city council.

I'm excited with the visions that created for this estate. A well designed community that accomodating the nature and the people, also being strict with the covenant. Can't wait!
