Where do I even start.... My first ever purchase from 4WD1 would have to be one of the best Online shopping & customer service experiences I've had. From the minute I placed my order, I was advised by John there could be a delay on my rear coils, as the manufacturer is experiencing some delays with stock. I mentioned to John that I had an upcoming trip & was hoping to get the new kit in before I head off. I didn't expect what happened next, John went out of his way to organise a Plan B & sent me another brand of rear coils Just in case the others don't arrive" so I was set for my trip at least. The original ones I ordered came in & John sent those too

I purchased some parts through 4wd1 a few yrs ago and found them very helpful. I went back to them again for a different vehicle earlier this yr and again found Kirk very helpful in helping me find what I wanted. Shipping was quick and easy, Unfortunately, there were some issues with the product (looked like a manufacturing fault, no fault of 4wd1), I contacted Kirk and he was extremely helpful, even speaking to the manufacturer to make sure I was looked after, resulting in a desireable income for me. Excellent service, I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

Thanks Kirk for the great service! You were more like a consultant compared to the typically either pushy or otherwise non-interested salespeople I had previously dealt with at other stores. Now the Hilux rides great!!!

John at 4WD1 are nothing but the best! He gave me the best advise and installed the lift kit for my Jimny!

my partner ordered some parts for his jeep from these guys, he rang and spoke with John, was inquiring about 4 to 5 different products but John explained that the benefits my partner was after would not come through in the applications and ended up suggesting to stick with 1 of the 4 things. they could have made a fairly decent sales, but instead where more concerned with serving their customer in the best possible way. awesome guys and very knowledgeable, would defiantly recommend them
