7-Eleven

I had a flat tyre today. I drove to the 7eleven on the corner of Springvale and Hawthorn Road. I was unable to operate the air pump and went in for help. The new owner ( I did not know this at the time) Sukhwinder Singh could not have been more helpful. When it was discovered my tyre was completely flat, he offered me his car to drive home and come back with my husband. When I said I was fine to walk, he insisted on giving me a bottle of water to make sure I was ok in the heat of the day.What service. I cannot recommend this petrol station and this new owner highly enough.

I totally agreed with other reviewers after using the store more than 9 years. The old asian guy in the store is very rude whenever I visit there. I thought some customer might make something wrong there, But I feel like he was treating me as a worst customer he ever met and give me very basic instruction how to use their machine. The weird thing is that he smiled at other caucasian customers before me. He apparently needs to get trained properly what customer service is and how 7 eleven treat customers equally.

Worst cashier I have ever met. Extremely rude old Asian tall man with glasses always had to criticise customers. After fuelling up for the 1st time, I went into the store to pay, I showed the nasty old man the pump that I used, he insisted that I had go out and check the pump number myself then went back to tell him. He knew which pump it was but he just wanted to give me hard time. Today I went for the 2nd time, it was that old nasty guy again. I was standing next to my car after fuelling up, taking a bit of time getting ready my credit card and opening the 7-11 app on my phone. He came out to check on me as if I was going to run away without paying. When I went into the store, he lectured me about what I should and shouldn't take into the store. He told me that I just had to take my phone next time when he saw me also taking my handbag. Why was it any of his business? Awful experience. Will never return again.

NEW MANAGEMENT! I was lucky enough to meet the new owner he is absolutely wonderful and so are the staff. I look forward to popping in again soon on my way to work

The old Asian man is one the rudest customer personnel we have come across. He was shouting and screaming at us for something we had no clue about. Horrible experience, won't return no matter how cheap his fuel price is.

I used gift card to pay petrol, the owner asked me to keep the receipt, only to show him the balance of gift card next time. What?! What's your machine for?Sorry, no next time. Didn't feel comfortable the way he talked.If he can pay more respect to customer, maybe there is next time"."

What's the point of having different selections of food and that when your employees are so scared they only come to a tiny window at the wall to serve you and don't speak English.

My absolute favourite 7-Eleven.Very clean, fresh food, polite and helpful staff… but the stand-out feature is the car wash - does a really comprehensive job at cleaning for a decent price!Great location for a 7-Eleven, being just off Springvale road.Perfect for an after work pick-me-up, if you’re feeling a bit low - give your car a nice wash!

I came to this 711 today there is new management, I've met the new owner and the workers and they're all very friendly and helpful.

I come here often for my petrol, the Asian man at the desk is always polite and efficent.
