Our spring broke on our roller door and tapped both the cars in. I rang Gliderol and they put me straight onto Nathan a technician in our local area. He fixed it that same day. Very grateful for their prompt service and support.

I do not own one of these garage doors but I have seen Morries and it is a mess.The excuse Sam has given as to the door being affected by the sea air is different to the excuse he gave years ago, which was sun damage. Seriously Sam, garage doors are exposed to the elements and should be able to resist them, do you think your garage doors should only be used indoors? And Morries home is not that close to the ocean at all. This is not recent damage, it has been there for years but unfortunately Morrie is not computer savvy and not familiar with emailing etc and as a senior has been at a disadvantage in pursuing this matter for a favourable outcome.

Very cheap and unreliable motor, nothing but trouble from about 2 months from new. Good service from the poor installation broke though even though he had to come back and fix many times. Do not recommend.

Apparently having the motor attached to the roof with 1 screw is acceptable!!! Takes no responsibility at all when the motor fell off the roof!!

Peter was fantastic to deal with. Everything from quoting, pricing, booking an installation was excellent. A very professional, prompt and enjoyable experience-thank you!!!!

I do definitely not recommend this type of sectional door sold by Gliderol. The door was installed about 8 years ago and the surface coating started to peel at 8 months old,

After having problems with my Gliderol garage door I contacted the Brisbane office for advice. Peter was extremely helpful explaining the problem I had was very minor. He walked me through the solution over the phone and I am happy to say the problem was resolved. Thank you for the support and great service, much appreciated. 5 Stars.

Outstanding customer service. Best quality garage doors in Australia. As a Technician, I'll only use Gliderol.
