Best service ever. Bought 3 luggages today not only they’re already extremely cheap after discounts at the first place, but I even got a little extra discount for buying them altogether at the counter. Staffs are also very helpful takes their work very seriously, good recommendations with all different types of luggages in the store. In my opinion this store is way better than “Strandbags” around the corner…

Most disrespectful and rude customer service by the manager. She even ripped my phone out of my hand when comparing a photo of prices 2 days earlier. Would recommend buying a bag elsewhere.

Bought a Delsey wheel broke off first time use exchange given best service. Better than David Jones similar situation. Appreciate going above what they had too. Even bought another matching suitcase. Highly recommend!! First class.

The woman that works in this store should attend school where manners are taught. We don’t appreciate being treated poorly when we go shopping. Our luggage was purchased nearby and you lost a sale today. Do that too many times and you won’t have a business.

Poor customer service. As others have said. Staff grabbed the bag from our hand without saying anything and just put it away. Don't waste your time shopping here.

Absolutely amazing products. I loved the quality and affordability (discounted prices) of items in the store. Nevertheless, staff were amazing and happy to help in answering our questions. They also recommended very awesome travel bags. Definitely visiting again sometime later. Highly recommended store 100%.

Rude staff who think we are all tourists and can be ripped off. Shame about that I’m local and highly recommend to anyone you buy luggage elsewhere!
