Hunter Patio's & Additions

Hi , we recently had insulated patio with them. There is leakage. They not fixed properly. Many times we complained. Also before installing no one will contact you. They not consult what we need . Poor customer service. Price also higher. Strongly recommended don’t go.

We received great service from the beginning to the end ! Len is very knowledgeable and very friendly . As this was our first time he walked us through everything and nothing was a problem for him. We love our new space and cant wait to show our family and friends !

We have had a great experience. Definitely good value for the price and the amazing help from the support staff definitely made things run smoothly

Poor communication once large deposit paid. Wrong materials delivered and lengthy delays. Materials left on lawn for weeks. Not installed to design. Leaks in areas with minimal rainfall and proved too difficult to get them to come back and fix leaks. Fixed by another company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI have experienced nothing but trouble from the start to the finish of this project, I had a deck and insulated roof installed by this company, with the wrong materials turning up on day 1 after paying all my deposits on time, unresponsive when trying to ring and call to negotiate times on when there coming and going, leaks throughout my entire insulated roof panel which has been going on for over 1 year plus, I had them back today to rectify the water leak issue and have had them on my roof spraying water to try rectify my insulated roof water leak, I have no idea why but they have removed my roof tiles of my existing house roof while trying to see where the insulated roof leaks and have caused water leaks throughout my whole kitchen ceiling, when questioned about this matter they did nothing to deny it was them and tried telling me that it was already there existing and they will not be fixing it as it wasn’t there fault. I am not the one to post reviews or bad mouth a company but I hope this post saves someone like myself using there hard earned dollars to be disappointed in the foreseeable future. I also got told to not contact them again as they would progress further through legal action.

Our recent experience with hunter patios and additions has been nothing short of professional despite worrying about the previous reviews left by others. Our interactions with the admin/customer service team have been friendly and they have gone above and beyond what we expected to ensure all our questions were answered and we got the result we needed. Amazing, from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Buyer beware!They get you to pay nearly all of the money upfront before anything arrives or any work completed then you have to wait WEEKS for them to turn up.They subcontract out the construction of the patios to other builders, they don’t actually do any of the work themselves.The builders on my house fell through the roof spreading Asbestos eves everywhere and didn’t clean it up leaving asbestos in my backyard.They also did not follow the installation instructions from Stratco and when I called them out on it refused to come and fix it.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY - ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.We had a very large patio installed 30m x 6m which cost approx 50k. Part of the roof has leaked from when it was first completed. They came back once to fix the issue but next time it rained it was still leaking. I've contacted them so mnany times that I've lost count. They never call me back, they say that someone will come & no one shows. This has been going on for over a year. I honestly wish I never used this company.I don't normally write reviews so hopefully this helps someone else avoid the dramma I've had with this company.

Jess the receptionist was very good and helpful. Great job all round. Profesional team. Recomended
