I have had great experiences with RT edgar. Their properties are always in great condition and the staff is always there to help in case of any concerns or questions. Very professional staff. My recent property manager Steven Guan was highly professional and a good communicator. He was always very helpful throughout the tenure of my tenancy and also made my moving out process smooth and easy considering I was moving overseas. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have bought and sold property many times over the years and Vince was the best realestate agent we have dealt with. He was upfront about everything, responded to our queries promptly and nothing was too much trouble for him. The outcome for us could not have been better in the current market. Thank you Vince.

I have rented a property with RT Edgar Boroondara for the past 12 months and I rarely provide reviews, but as my experience was quite exceptional, I feel compelled to provide it in this case. My property manager was Steven Guan. From my very first interaction with Steven both his professionalism, and personalised approach struck me. Unlike previous rental experiences Steven was very approachable, friendly, efficient and attentive, and I received outstanding customer service right throughout my tenancy. His willingness, and ability to respond quickly to resolving any issues, really sets him apart from the competition. If you are a landlord, or a tenant and Steven is your property manager, consider yourself blessed - as he is clearly one of the best in the industry.

My experience with purchasing a property from RT Edgar Boroondara was seamless. Agents Nick Walker and Marilyn Reed were fantastic. They were professional, honest, attentive and caring throughout the whole process. There was no BS. They exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with the whole experience. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Extremely unprofessional. My partner and I have applied to inspect multiple properties, waited over a month for inspection times to become available and then all of a sudden property is gone.No responses/communication from any agent. Would never apply for a property managed under this company again.

Since I met Annabelle online in November 2020 she and her team have successfully sold two houses and one shop helping me and my friend. Huge thanks to her and her team Vince and William ! In particular, a very complex shop , was successfully sold with William's professionalism, dedication, hard work, composure, seriousness, and careful working style, so that we can live a retirement life with peace of mind with my family in other city. Athough Annabelle and her team have successfully sold three properties in past two years, we have never met each other. Amazing Grace! Thank god !

Steven is the Senior Property Manager who has been looking after our rental property throughout the tenancy. He has been extremely helpful and is always easy to approach. He is great at communication and always responds to our emails or phone calls in a timely manner. He shows great understanding of what we need and communicates very well with the tenants. When there is a need for repair or maintenance, he always attends to it very quickly with good solution at a reasonable cost. We especially appreciated his help when we had the water pipe burst issue and he was very helpful with communicating with our neighbor and organizing the repair with the plumbers.We highly recommend him and appreciate his great service, and all of his hard work and effort to look after the property for us.

Steven Guan was my property manager for just under 5 years. He was nothing but honest, understanding and compassionate, towards both the ownership, and tenant parties during this time. (It was an extremely fine line to walk)If he is your agent, be sure to know that you're in knowledgeable and extremely capable hands!

Remained loyal to this agency for 4 years. They wouldn't increase the rent despite a booming market. Then they Increased it by $10 a week, without authorisation, meaning I was locked out of an increase for 12 months. This has caused me huge financial loss. Escalation resulted in lip service and change of agent, who was no better. Be concerned if Aimee Hurst is managing for you. Unprofessional and short tempered with an attitude. Much better agencies around.RESPONSE after retort by RT EdgarWhen you've made a mistake, admit you've done so and try to make genuine amends rather than this lip service for public consumption. Aimee was told a $10 increase was ludicrous after 4 years of no increase. That's not authorisation to proceed. She issued an increase and locked me out. As your employee, she didn't act in my best interest and she didn't listen. I'm now stuck with atleast a $3,500 loss. Are you going to make up for this?UPDATEThis business has offered me financial incentive to take down the negative review. I would not trust any of the positive reviews. They could be fake.
