fantastic place to buy all baby essentials but the opening hours are pathetic, I wanted to test out a pram before deciding to purchase - its $2000 at 3:30pm and they weren't open! very disappointed.

I been going here for everything baby for the last 5 years but lately the place has just been a dud.They never answer the phone lately.They tell you an item/s will take 2 weeks to come in but I waited 6 weeks without it not in yet, ended up cancelling the orders. They kept telling me it will be another week but it never came.They need to up their game before baby bunting come to town. I order the 2 items from baby bunting and it only took 6 days to get delivered to me.Very disappointed.

You better update your open hours on website. Don’t waste peoples time

Saddened to hear that when my friend went to return an item (that had been given as a gift) in its original packaging and with the receipt, she was told they could only do a store credit when it's advertised they do complete refunds. When she called up to state that on their receipt it mentions you can get a full refund for any purchased item, the lady said it was her decision to only do a store credit and was very rude to her on the phone. She then said that if she went back to the store again they would do a refund but it MUST be with the original visa card that was used for the purchase.....why???? Not what you need at 39 weeks pregnant.

Very helpful and friendly service. They have a nice choice of everything that needed and the lift is so very convenient. Great baby shop, all locally!

Lovely good quality products

Very disappointing. Purchased a car seat in February as a gift for a baby shower. Paid in full upfront. Was told it would be ordered and in store in 3 weeks.( understand thing can happen and sometimes this can be delayed) Have phoned several times, first phone call - wondering if it has arrived as baby is arriving this week. Response - Well she has her capsule already.Phoned today - response. No they haven't picked it up yet. So its in store and available for collection. No, not yet will be next Wednesday.Now 14.5 weeks and no car seat. Baby is now 4 weeks old.

Craig was very professional, well priced and offers excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
