Had much better service at Prouds, the saleswoman here could not be more interested in helping or providing alternatives

My fiance and I bought our ring set a few months ago. When I wore my engagement ring for two weeks one of the stones fell out. We took it back and they said it would take two weeks for it to be repaired.My fiance rang up numerous times over almost 4 weeks before they said the ring was ready. We wanted compensation as that should not have happened to a brand new rings.So again my fiance had to call back to find out what our compensation would be as they promised him we would. He tried calling them and they never called back to tell him what was going on.Then another few weeks passed to only find out that because of the virus we are not getting compensation yet we were promised that they would do their best.To us this should never have happened if the stones were properly checked.

Beautiful products but the service at Goldmark Riverlink is ridiculous. I walked in on a busy morning this week, knowing what I came in for and wasn't just browsing. The two girls working were busy with other customers but did not even acknowledge me or let me know they will be with me soon. So I waited about ten minutes as the next in line, until another customer walks in, waits less than 2 minutes and she is served before me. At this point if I'm not going to be valued as a customer or even acknowledged when I come in store then I unfortunately will not be supporting or buying from Goldmark anymore.

Earnings were purchased damaged/ not locking in, we went to return within 10min and they refused to refund

Absolutely appalled by the treatment and service by Chantelle at the ipswich riverlink store.

I was not happy with the repair I had done on my gold necklace.. they recently changed repairers. But still helped me with a new product the same as the one one I had repaired.. excellent management. Helped as much as she could..
