Embarrassing and poor excuse for a company

I ordered and paid for a soil test on my block of land in Wangaratta. I never got it. $1000 down the drain. And got threatened and harassed by their sales staff member because I lodged a complaint. Totally unacceptable. Very unprofessional.I got given several plans that I was told would suit the two lot subdivision development yet not one of them would pass council regulations and were not compliant with restrictions and guidelines such as open air space, and turning reversing parking and so on... They completely ignored that the lot had a heritage overlay.I wanted either a refund or the soil test, I got neither. Instead, from their sales member I got threatened with video surveillance at the time to prove it. Never againThe one point is for the glossy brochure. Of it wasn't for that, it would have been a zero..... Or a minus
