The Ally Bell team are amazing to deal with, so professional and friendly. They did our wedding flowers and surpassed all our expectations with the stunning arrangements and bouquets. They continue to be our go to florist. Highly recommend them.

I have nothing but praise for the beautiful folks at Ally Bell. They always curate the most divine & unique floral creations with the upmost care and customer service. I have no hesitation recommending Ally & her team. I also love that my husband now goes there and Ally “guides” his choices for me ;-).

Hugely disappointing and unprofessional service. I ordered online a substantial bunch of flowers (The Architect Lush - $120 (+delivery). It was pictured as a white and green whimsical posy with dainty flowers and aesthetically lovely). What was delivered bore ZERO resemblance to the image. It was a horrid orange 'Australiana' themed bouquet. I called and spoke to the owner to ask if there had been a mistake. I expressed my concern that it was NOTHING like the image on her website. She was rude, aggressive - told me to read the disclaimer and hung up on me. She followed up with an email saying she could replace it to which I replied (in writing!) yes pls. It was NOT replaced and she was never to be heard from again. There are parameters for online advertising and this is a massive diversion from what is acceptable (ie false advertising). Have read other reviews and have seen customers also being berated. Buyer beware.

I can't recommend Ally Bell Florist enough! They recently provided the flowers for my partner's 40th birthday, and I couldn't have been happier with their service. I gave them a brief of what I was looking for, but they exceeded all expectations and created something truly special and unique.The flowers were absolutely stunning and brightened up the entire room. They were the perfect addition to the celebration and really helped make the day even more special. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took in crafting the arrangements.Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Ally Bell Florist and will definitely be using them again in the future. My favourite local florist! Leave it to Ally to formulate an arrangement to suit the occasion. In store candles and pots are lovely for that last minute gift. Highly recommend

I purchased some floral arrangements for a lunch last month and while the team was lovely to deal with, I was disappointed in the quality/ freshness of the flowers and value for money. As a result, I had to buy more flowers to fill out the arrangements from another florist and the new flowers lasted a week longer than the ones from Ally Bell.

I don’t go to any other florist - ever! Her flowers are so creative and beautiful. You never ever get a boring arrangement. Better still they last weeks. Great quality and totally unique. Why would you go any where else?
