Had my son's 4th birthday party here recently. We had such a great experience here, not to mention great memory. We booked in one of the weekdays and it was rather quiet so we rather felt like the whole place was ours to roam and we did not have to rush as much. Staff had been patient and helpful on my questions leading up to the event. All the food, including the adult platters, were served at perfect timing and were at the right temperature for us to enjoy. The foccacias were particularly delicious and toasty! They were too generous a serving for a crowd of 22, should have ordered small, but better too much than too little. Overall, such a pleasant experience, smooth event, so I was able to spend more time focusing on the people.

Generally its ok. I've been there twice. Both times adults in shoes or no socks running around.Wont be back as there are plenty of other places around.

We used to like this place until they started having the kids birthday parties within parent seating area while the party rooms are empty.So you can’t really sit down & relax with a coffee not it’s fair for the other kids either especially to the younger ones as they don’t understand the “invite” part.Won’t visit here again - luckily new play centre, Rabithole, opened just a few hundred meters away which is absolutely a fabulous place!

I had a nightmarish experience organising my kid's party here. If it was possible I wouldn't give any stars to this place. We confirmed the adult platter information 2 days in advance and when it was time to serve the food to our guests we were told that they were not aware of our order as the owner had not passed that information on to the staff!!! I had such a stressful time getting food over to my guests. And by the time some of the food arrived half of the guests were leaving.. I spent a considerable amount of money and my guests dint get the food. Pathetic service and they were not one bit apologetic about what happened. The place is spacious and that was why I chose this place but their customer service is shocking. My advice to people get your parties elsewhere where you can enjoy instead of being stressed!

Such a mediocre play Center that costs $7. Pretty much same price as funtopia with little to no aircon, dirty toys and play area. The ball pit was just gross. All the play areas are disjointed and they look like they were just thrown into a warehouse with no thought where they should have gone.You're better off going to Rabbit hole down the road for the full experience your kids would enjoy.

Big open spaces for my son to run a muck! Everything in good condition. Not to mention clean. Food was quick! I'm comparing this place to some of the BEST I've been to that's why your only getting 3 stars. I would recommend this to friends! Overall good.

Went there today to escape the heat and loved it. I got an iced coffee and it was great. I've been there a few times and I always find that the staff are super friendly. Food prices are very reasonable too. I wouldn't recommend the fish and chips. The batter was too thick and floury. The fisherman's basket is much better

Took my niece to this establishment. It was very clean and tidy. I cannot stress more that you as an adult need to be by your kids side supervising. Not just dump the kids and go do whatever. Staff were accommodating. We had heaps of fun. Will come back

Fantastic place. My toddler love it there. Would probably be much more suited for toddler than someone older.

Awesome place. Amazing staff. Great food - the chips are better than maccas. Highly recommended. The kids LOVE the basketball hoop, and area with all the balls in it. Mega handy for a crappy weather day!
