Cool place and work!

After placing an order with the CETS website they quickly contacted me to tell me that the item was not due to arrive in Australia for a couple of weeks. They asked if I still wished to proceed on that basis and I confirmed that was acceptable. A few days later they contacted me to inform me that another supplier already had the item in stock, and that I could obtain it from them much earlier. They also offered to refund if I wished to cancel my order with CETS. I was very impressed with their customer communication, and thought that it was more than fair of them to notify me that a competitorr already had the item in stock!
