Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Glendale

After two failed attempts at getting glasses that I can actually read through, I've now made an appointment with another optometrist; something I wish I'd done weeks ago. How a qualified optometrist can get it so wrong is beyond me. All I've done is waste my hard-earned money and precious time. I wasn't even advised that the first pair was ready; I only found out when I called in to the shop to see what was taking so long and a staff member found them. They weren't right, so I went through the whole testing" process yet again

I purchased multi focal glasses but am still trying to get them adjusted right. So far it’s been very frustrating and time consuming going back for adjustments to the glasses

Had a very good experience at Glendale Specsavers staff very Friendly and know their jobs. Very patient while choosing my Frames with some good advice. Prices are very reasonable especially for designer frames I'm very happy with what I chose. Will certainly be going back there when I need too. Plus you get a hearing test as well plus free consultation to get the results..

Excellent service from all. Optometrist was great and made me feel more than just a number as was shop staff. Very efficient and helpful with my needs on this occasion. Thankyou for great service.

Good customer service at this store. I am very satisfied with my glasses. I also wear contact lenses for my work environment and they have helped a lot in fine tuning the best prescription for me with free trial lenses. Thoroughly recommend.

A problem had arisen with the specs i had approx six months previosly from Specsavers. the people sorted all out and with no further excuses resolved the problem with new glasses. GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS/BOB
